Rosanna WEBB

From time to time I list interesting items discovered at Queensland State Archives. Today's find was a Colonial Secretary's Office in-letter (no.4413 in 1878) referring to Rosanna WEBB, a destitute child at Maryborough, who was accepted to an orphanage but wanted money for her passage.

If you need my help to obtain a copy of this document from Queensland State Archives (the cost would be about $15), email me at the address shown in the sidebar here.

If you are not familiar with in-letters, see:

  1. One of my clients is researching Rosanna WEBB and her family. I'm so glad I decided to use my blogs and my Web site to list references like this one!
